1) Weigh In
Please enter our facility at the north of the Mart complex. Parallel to the road you will find a RED scale, please enter it from the south to start the check-in process. You will find a sign with details for checking in.
Proceed on to the scale and press the green button to receive a scale ticket, only press once. You will not need to press the button again during your time here.
2) Check In
After pulling off the scale, proceed down the one-way road on the north of our building and find a parking spot in the reefer parking area in the west parking lot. To check-in, please call the number from the scale ticket. Have your pick-up number, cell number, carrier name and truck number ready.
Once you have been checked in patiently wait for a call from the shipping department for a door designation. While you are waiting, please move your axles all the way back and feel free to come into our lounge. Our lounge accommodation includes bathroom, Wi-Fi, TV, coffee and vending options. The lounge is located inside the walk door next to docks 4, 5 and 6.
3) Loading
Once our shipping department calls, please promptly back into the assigned door. Make sure you have slid your axles back completely. We will load you as quickly as possible. Please come in the door by the dock and watch as we load your truck. You will need to verify the product count.
4) Check Out
After being loaded please report to the Shipping Desk, located just down from the lounge inside the walk door next to dock 4, 5 and 6. There you will receive a truck seal for your load, sign your Bill of Lading (BOL), and receive two copies of the BOL of your purposes.
5) Weight Out
After you have been loaded, please promptly return to your truck and exit the dock. Proceed along the road leading to the south end of our complex until you arrive at the BLUE scale. Here you will scale out by scanning the barcode on your original scale ticket. Do NOT push the button on the scale.
After scaling out, if your weight are good you are welcome to leave and have a safe trip.
If you have concerns regarding your weights call the number on your scale ticket again to address your concerns.
